Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover.  We also accept payments throurgh Apple Pay and Paypal. If you have any payment inquiries please email customer care. All payments will be processed immediately and will be withdrawn from your account in 1-4 business days.

When purchasing with a PROMO CODE, STORE CREDIT or GIFT CERTIFICATE, please enter the provided code in the APPLY COUPON box in your Shopping Bag. Once entered please select UPDATE BAG to see the final total.

Shipping
Most items that are in-stock and can travel via USPS or FEDEX ship within 3 business days and should arrive within 3-5 business days from the ship date. Please refer to the individual product pages for specific lead times. Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box. We are unable to ship to P.O. and A.P.O boxes.

As F&M Wall Coverings are made to order, please allow up to 2 weeks prior to shipping.

Local Delivery
One Day Delivery is available for a flat rate of $5 to locations within 10 miles of the 22030 Zip Code in Northern Virginia.

Free Standard Shipping on Orders Over $100
Most orders over $100 qualify for free ground shipping within the mainland United States code SHIPSONUS.  Weight and Size restrictions may apply.

Returns
Unused, unopened and unworn items may be returned within 30 days of receipt, $10 restocking fee will be applied and credit will go back to the original form of payment.
